HOW WE ACT
Banco da Providência's focus is on the social inclusion of young people, adults and families living in extreme poverty in the city of Rio de Janeiro, through Training for Work and Income Generation. As a way of expanding and multiplying the impact of our activities in other regions of the country, in 2021 we launched the (Re)conquista Project to train other social organizations in our 3 Phases methodology, so that they implement income generation programs with effective results.

Como forma de expandir e multiplicar o impacto da nossa atuação em outras regiões do país desenvolvemos, em parceria com a Stone e o Instituto Phi, o Programa (Re)conquista, para capacitar outras organizações sociais na nossa metodologia e compartilhar nossa experiência na implementação de programas de geração de renda com resultados efetivos.
Ainda dentro do eixo de atuação do repasse da nossa Metodologia, realizamos parcerias com governos apoiando a formulação de políticas públicas de inclusão produtiva e capacitando seus técnicos para que implementem os programas sociais nos territórios, impactando a vida de milhares de famílias.
WHO WE ARE
Banco da Providência is a non-profit social organization that for over 60 years has been carrying out projects aimed at contributing to the reduction of social inequality and promoting the human development of families residing in the communities of Rio de Janeiro, through training for work. , income generation and strengthening of community leaders.
