Accountability and Transparency are principles that guide Banco da Providência in all its actions. The objective is to achieve effective action , and in our case, effective action is equal to contributing to reduce social inequalities .

Management
The culture of goals represents commitment to the social cause. The first management training took place in 2003 by the Management Development Institute – InDG (currently Falconi), with the implementation of the use of management tools.
The final product was the Productive Social Inclusion Program, with the alignment of all actions with social goals.
