Accountability and Transparency are principles that guide the Banco da Providência in all its actions. The goal is to achieve effective action. In our case, effective action is equal to contributing to reduce social inequalities.

The first management training took place in 2003 by the Instituto de Desenvolvimento
Gerencial - InDG (current Falconi), with the implementation of the use of management tools.
The final product was the Social Inclusion Program, with the alignment of all actions with social goals.
